Lifeseeker Interactive Dome Show
Dome Theatre Show
13 September - 30 November
Join a crew of intrepid explorers aboard the spaceship Lifeseeker in this amazing, interactive Dome show.

The show takes place in the Centre's state-of-the art 65 seater theatre with a 180° domed overhead screen.
During the show visitors take on the role of researchers, in the most advanced research craft ever built. Using joysticks built into each individual seat, they embark on a fact-finding mission to discover the conditions that sustain life here on Earth and to see whether life could exist on other planets. By selecting items with joysticks, you decide what happens during the show and get a personal commentary, making each show a unique experience. Visitors can embark on an interactive journey from the frozen wastes of Antarctica to the scalding volcanic vents at the bottom of the dark ocean and to the moons Titan or Europa. Lifeseeker shows that life comes in a startling and extraordinary assortment of forms.
Lifeseeker runs at regular intervals throughout your trip to the Science Centre. It is a 20 minute interactive show using the very latest Computer Generated Imagery (CGI). Lifeseeker replaces Summer Skies, the show that looked at the planets we share the solar system with and the stars you can see during the night sky.
